نبدأ السنه الجديده 2020 بقرص الطرى

كوب سمن
ونص كوب زيت
وكوب لبن
ونص كوب مايه دافيه مذاب فيها تلات م سكر وخميره
وبس نخلط السمن والزيت مع الدقيق وبعدين نزل بالميه الدافي الي فيها الخميره
ونعجن وننزل بالبن حابه حابه ونعجن كويس لحد ماتلم ونسبها ترتاح وبعدين نقطعها وبعدين نشكلها

وبعدين نسبها ترتاح
ونخبزها وبالهنا
